Sharon Lavin and her Reginald stove

Roscommon based Sharon Lavin and her young family discovered how the Reginald Stove changed their home heating for the better.

Sharon Lavin and her Reginald stove

Sharon lives in rural Roscommon and with her little boy and another baby on the way. When the young family moved into the house in 2011, the Reginald was installed to support an oil fired central heating system. "It's completely transformed our lives' said a smiling Sharon, sitting comfortably in front of her solid fuel Reginald Stove in Enamel Black. In one full year we've only had to buy 1½ fills of oil total'. The Reginald stove heats up to 12 radiators, which was one of the main reasons Sharon and her husband chose this stove. 'We have a large number of radiators to heat and wanted to keep our heating bills down."

Sharon explains."Since having a family our social lives have changed, it's more about staying in now than going out! We wanted to create a focal point in our living room - the modern design of the Reginald allowed us to that wonderfully. Whenever we have friends around the Reginald always comes up in conversation."

Sharon recalls as she plays with a laughing Jamie in front of the flickering flames of their Reginald.
