Sinead Walsh and her Corrib Stove
Sinead Walsh from Kilkenny had the Corrib Multifuel stove installed over 5 months ago. "Both myself and my husband come from homes that had Stanley stoves and Stanley cookers so picking the Stanley Corrib stove was a no brainer. “
Why did Sinead choose a Stanley stove? "Never really a question what stove we were going to get. We wanted to support local as Waterford Stanley is so close to us.”
What does Sinead love about the Corrib stove? "We love that the glass is so wide. The stove feels bigger than it actually is! You can really see so much of the flame. We find it very easy to use, economical and easy to clean. Huge amount of heat comes off the stove!.”
So have you noticed a change in your home heating bills? "Our home is a new house build with underfloor heating and heat pump so the stove won’t impact that. However its November and we haven’t turned the heating on yet. When we light the stove, we open all the doors downstairs and it heats the entire area. Master bedroom is above the sitting room and it heads the room above as well.’
When prompted about her favourite moment. "Looking forward to having everyone around and have the stove lighting.”
